Curtis crouched down by Bai Qingqing's other side but didn't go into the blanket. The moment he closed his eyelids, he drifted off to sleep.

Winston was the only one in the family faithfully guarding by the castle and looking after the kids at home. One couldn't help but wonder if he got lonely at night.

The next day, when the night first faded, Curtis was the first to open his eyes. He was greeted by the sight of his spouse's tranquil, asleep face.

Curtis licked the tip of Bai Qingqing's nose.

The moment Curtis left, Bai Qingqing woke up. She opened her eyes looking sleepy.
