Qin Lan said nothing and walked over to the hanging rack. She took off her precious Hermès bag and cleared her throat. She had reverted to her role as a calm and elegant lady. Then, she looked at Grandpa Ye with deep intentions.1

This old man... for the sake of that little girl, he had left no dignity for her!

She would remember this day clearly from now on! In fact, she could not wait to embarrass that little kid when the entrance test results came out!

Ye Qiao watched Qin Lan taking her graceful steps with her head up and chest out as she walked out of the room. Ye Zhenzhen quickly followed after.

"Qiao Qiao, daddy needs to apologize to you on this matter... I am sorry! Everything that happened is your dad's fault! I am sorry, girl!" Ye Shengxun was wearing a short-sleeved white shirt, trousers, and leather shoes. He stood in front of Ye Qiao, while flashes of how Ye Qiao had transformed into a different individual crossed his mind, as he apologized sincerely.

He also noticed that her face was just the same as Qiao Yi's.

"Yes! It's all your fault!" Ye Qiao gritted her teeth and answered. She wanted Ye Shengxun to feel bad!

What kind of dad was he? Just because her mother's family were from the countryside, he did not dare to go to her hometown to visit her! It was too late for him to regret it now anyway! 

Ye Shengxun felt even more guilty now; he looked so helpless.

"Grandpa, don't be mad; take care of your health. You have gotten angry for my sake twice already. I am sorry." She walked towards the old man, feeling sorry for him.

The old man sat down on the sofa and closed his eyes; he took a few deep breaths and was felt much better.

"Xiao Hao, you can leave now. You should stop working with us. I will get someone to arrange a different job for you." The old man said.

Aunt Hao's face was covered with tears. In her defense, she was really afraid that Qin Lan would take revenge on her in private. Nevertheless, she did not say anything and left the room.

"I regret it! I regret it so much!" The old man sighed while leaning his head on the soda.

Qin Lan disliked Qiao Qiao as she was an illegitimate child. Back then, she was also pregnant before she got married! Grandpa Ye also blamed Ye Shengxun for that as his impulsive behavior gave him no choice but to marry Qin Lan.

"Dad! I promise that Qin Lan will not give Qiao Qiao any more problems!"

"You leave the room too!" The old man said calmly.

"Dad, please take care of yourself!" Ye Shengxun left the room as he said.

Ye Qiao went back to her room, too, after helping the old man back to his room first. When she thought about how Qin Lan looked when she was in trouble, she felt so happy.

She was also well aware that Qin Lan would play more tricks on her as she continued to progress! But Ye Qiao was certain that she would be stronger as well to face any challenge. 

"Lu Xiaogun, can you help mummy to look after Aunt Hao? I am worried that Qin Lan will take revenge on her. After all, she was also forced to do what she did... mummy does not want to get innocent people into trouble."

"I know."

On July 20th, Tian Yi (T.Y) Network Technology Company was opened.

Ye Qiao was the one who chose the date as it was also the date that she was reborn last year.

The company address was selected in a courtyard house. The house was grandfather's property. Ye Qiao rented it from her grandfather and promised to pay rent to him every month.

Firecrackers were set off at the gate of the courtyard, and a billboard was hung on the left side of the wall with the company's logo on it. The characters 'Tian' and 'Ying' were printed in a calligraphy font, which was designed in a Chinese style. There was a small print of line below the logo: Tian Yi Network, Making You More Powerful.

The people from the neighborhood all came over to support. The silly uncle was dressed in his grey suit, and he was holding a parasol. There were two bodyguards following behind him, and they even presented two big flower baskets.

"Qiao Qiao! This place is so hard to find. The alley was so small that I couldn't even drive in! Why do we have to open our company here!? Really!? You should have told me if you did not have enough money to rent an office building!" The silly uncle complained while holding his parasol. He looked at her and frowned.
