Her breathing became restless as she tried to catch her breath.

"What happened? Are you okay?" Mai Yuerui started to get worried about her.

"Good night, Mai Yuerui." Su greeted.

The next day when Mai Yuerui woke up she found that Kong Xianwang had already gone for work.

She looked at the clock and it was only 7 in the morning.

"It's so early for him to go out." She said to herself.

She went to the dining room and found that even if he went for work early, he still didn't forget to leave breakfast for her.

"Aw... I feel bad for my husband." Mai Yuerui pouted as she went next to the table like a spoiled child.

There she found a note left for her.

It said, "Going for a site visit. Don't go to work without having breakfast. Bye." His words ended with a cute heart sign.

Mai Yuerui's fingers brushed through the heart sign as her heart skipped a beat.

He even sprayed the piece of paper with a perfume.

Mai Yuerui brought the paper close to her nostrils as she enhaled the smell.

It smelled a floral scent.

"Smells nice!" She loved the smell.

Suddenly she realized she is familiar with the scent. It smelled like night blooming jasmin.1

'How did he know that I like this smell?' Mai Yuerui was stunned.

She didn't wear that perfume for so long. He still remembered? He even managed to get that perfume!

Mai Yuerui was dumbfounded to see this.

Suddenly, she didn't even realize but her lips curved into a small smile. She still doesn't want to believe that he has feelings for her

But his sweet gesture and attention to her small things made her heart melt.

In the end, she silently sat on the chair and nibbled on her breakfast with a contented heart.
