"You must be bluffing secretary Si ying." Mai Yuerui awkwardly tried to tackle the situation while still couldn't help blush.

"Our CEO really loves little cat. Wow! I am so jealous!" Su pouted.

'Why are you being jealous when you have me!' Si ying thought in his mind.

"Ahmm..." He loudly cleared his voice to make his presence clear to Su.

"Why are you being jealous of me, Su. You are in no position to be jealous." Mai Yuerui teased making Su blush as she stole a glance from Si ying.

"Umm... Sister-in-law, if you don't mind, may I borrow Ms. Su from here?"

"Of course. You don't have to ask me." Mai Yuerui waved her hands.

"Stop it, little cat. I am sure it's about work." Su replied.

"Yes... Yes... It's about work." Si ying said with her.

Saying so they prepared to leave the room together as Mai Yuerui was still waving at them to say goodbye.

As the two young ladies were busy in teasing each other one single soul was staring at them in lifeless gaze.

That day after office Mai Yuerui returned home in usual time.

After taking a shower her body felt light and refreshed.

When she came downstairs she found that Kong Xianwang was in the kitchen. He hadn't even gone to take a shower and already went to cook food.

She somewhat felt bad for him.

"You are here. Wait a moment dinner will be ready in a moment." He said wait a smile.

"You just came home from office. At least take some rest. I am not in a hurry." She said in low voice.

"It's okay. It's already dinner time. Let me cook for you first then I will go to shower."

"No, you are not. First go and get freshen up!" She dragged him out of the kitchen and forced him to go to his room.

"But... What about dinner?" He asked

"Don't worry. I am not that useless." Mai Yuerui assured as she went back to kitchen.

After Kong Xianwang freshened up he changed into comfortable clothes and went downstairs.

It didn't take long for him to shower. So he was amazed to see that Mai Yuerui was already done cooking.

"Tada! Dinner's ready." She said with a smile.

"That was fast. What did you cook?"

Kong Xianwang came to the table with a happy smile but his smile didn't last long when he saw that she only cooked a bowl of instant rameyon.

"What is this?" He asked in disbelief.

"Rameyon." Mai Yuerui replied with a smile.

Kong Xianwang came home tired. He must be starving that he went right after to the kitchen after coming home. So Mai Yuerui had to cook food that can be made fast and relief his hunger.

What will be the best option other than rameyon?

"That's what you cook? Do you know it's the first time you are cooking for me?" He asked.

"Oh yeah. That's right. What a great thing it is. Do you know how great meaning eating rameyon together has?" Mai Yuerui blurted out without even thinking.

"What great meaning?" Kong Xianwang asked with curiosity.

When Mai Yuerui realized what she just said, cold sweat formed at her forehead. She can't tell him what does it mean.

"Well... Umm... Eating rameyon together creats great companionship. Yeah! Companionship. I hope our co-operation gives us a fruitful result." She was again blabbering no sense.

She doesn't think she is in the condition to eat with him together.

"You should have it here. I want to watch a television show. So I will go and eat in the living room.." saying so she didn't even let Kong Xianwang react and rushed away from that place.

After finishing the meal Kong Xianwang also went to the living room to see what Mai Yuerui was watching.

He was in utter disbelief to see the scenario in front of him.

It's as if she has opened a small grocery shop in front of her.

After having a rejection from his wife he went to the kitchen and brewd fresh black coffee for himself.

He sat next to her and submerged himself in work while his wife was enjoying the television show.

A lot of time passed, but Mai Yuerui didn't even talked once to him.

He started to feel bored.

'I am sitting next to you for so much time. But you don't even bat an eye on me. Heartless!' he thought in mind.

'I know!' suddenly an idea popped in his mind.

Suddenly Mai Yuerui's phone chimed in.

She took out her phone to see who it was but was surprised to see her phone didn't make that sound.

'Strange!' she thought.

Then suddenly she realized...

It's the other phone!
