Haco shook his head, his brows creased tightly. "He is a powerful dark sorcerer. I am not sure, since there is not many information about him, the information about him even more rare than the lycan. But, from what I read and I remembered, Decratic fell in love with the first Serafim and wanted her for himself, so the Holy war happened, where the first Serafim won it and she locked and erased all the information about him."

"Fell in love? What is it? A romance history?" Jace frowned. He stared at the symbol on the wall, which a few parts had been erased. "Are you sure it's the same symbol because some part had disappeared."

"I am sure, here." Haco pointed his finger at the middle of the symbol. "This is a symbol of five swords."

"Look like a flower for me."

"A Serafim is protected by five special Holy Knights, as they act as her personal guards, later on, when the first Serafim passed away, she gave her power to her five Holy Knights, which the power restored inside their swords and the swords are passed down to the next generations to protect the next Serafim." Haco tried to recall the history of the Holy Kingdom in the Andelus continent, since it was normal when they were clueless about the story of another kingdom and their knowledge about the other continent only grazed the surface. 

Even the people from the same continent were not really aware of their story, mostly because they couldn't read, or they didn't care about what happened in the past. 

"It is known that the first Serafim is the most powerful one in the history." He touched the symbol where the five swords were drawn in circle, which made it looked like flower. "Decratic put the symbol of the five swords in the center, while surrounded it with his symbol, as he tried to depict the Serafim was within his grasp, or in some literature, he was trying to say the black magic surround the divine power and the Serafim trapped inside it."

"He must be a sick guy," Grace mumbled. 

"Probably, but the amount of sorcerer and a few non magic people was not small. He could have win the Holy War, if it was not for the Serafim decided to kill him and his worshipper."

"What choice she had if it's not to kill him?" Grace immersed in the story as well, as she and Jace asked a few questions here and there. 

"The problem is; if a Serafim touched the dark magic, she absorbed it and to absorb a tremendous amount of Decratic's demonic power along with his worshipper led her to her early death." Haco narrowed his eyes. "She died around a month after the war, but a new Serafim had appeared two days before her death."

"How can they decide of a new Serafim?" Jace asked. "I thought, the title of Serafim passed down to their children, no?"

"Some happened that way, but some Serafim appeared outside of the Holy Kingdom and they need to find her. Apparently, a Serafim has this five swords symbol on their back and the five Holy Knights were able to sense her divine power, after all, this is the person they had to give their lives to."

"What a complicated thing…" Jace stopped thinking about that altogether, since that was not their problem. 

"Why this symbol is here?" Cane finally spoke. If Decratic came from different continent why his symbol was here?

"I don't know," Haco answered truthfully. 

"You know, it has nothing to do with us," Jace stated. They had another problem to take care of, they didn't have time to indulge themselves in another continent's problem. 

"Yeah, I know. I am just saying. I only wanted to show you about this, since this is also so weird for me to find this symbol here."

And after that, they talked about a few more things, as Haco and the rest confirmed how Iris could sense the black magic and purified the dark magic stone. 

The sorcerer excitedly created a harmful dark magic stone, which none of them should touch it. Cane looked conflicted when Iris was about to touch the stone, since Haco warned them the last stone he wanted to test it on Iris was the powerful one. 

"Are you sure this is safe?" Grace looked a little bit worried. Even she herself dreaded the sight of the stone. 

"Of course, it is not. This magic stone fills with black magic after all," Haco replied nonchalantly, as he extended the stone for Iris to purify it, just how he called the thing Iris did to the stone. 

"What happened if she touched it?" Jace asked, concerned. He glanced at the alpha, but it was hard to read what was in his mind, since he was as stoic as ever. 

"She could die." Haco didn't look sorry when he replied to the beta, if anything, he looked excited, as if he was very sure such thing would never happen. 

"Are you crazy?!" Jace and Grace shouted at the same time, they looked mortified with the sorcerer's statement. "Are you trying to kill her? We still need her!"

"Enough with this, let's go back," Cane said, as he took Iris's hand and turned around. 

However, Iris did something unexpectedly and grabbed the stone from Haco's hand and dark wisp burst out from the stone, it was so thick and swirled around them, as if it was a living thing, before a warm light engulfed it and the ominous thing vanished. 

But then, Iris lost her consciousness and the last thing she knew, she was able to hear someone called her name frantically.
