Ezekiel dragged everyone as far as possible when he felt the tension in the air rise every second. It is easier for him to protect everyone if they all stay in one place. Besides, he still needs to take care of the three people behind them.  0

As for Alex, he is not worried one bit about her. Although she isn't at her optimal state, she isn't also in her worst state after having a nap. After all, she did manage to save the coachman's life even though she just woke up.

Lili nodded her head obediently and held her mother's hand. 

At the same time, Alex sensed her enemy finally moving. She whispered in the horse's ears. "Stay here." petted the horses one last time before walking towards the three guys on the road. 

Seeing her walking towards them, the three men raised their weapons, waiting for her to come. They don't dare to attack her following their boss's orders, and their jobs are just to hold her down for their attackers. As long as she's out in the open, they'll crush her in a matter of seconds, just like what happened to their victims earlier. 

Carl nocks two arrows to his bow and pulls as hard as possible. He did not wait for her to walk further before commanding his group to kill her. He made sure to use his skill and aimed in the direction where she had a high chance of dodging. "Fire!!"

Alex continued to walk with no plan of dodging their attacks. 

She wants to find out how strong can her 62 stamina endure the attacks of the current players. She wants to know if it was worth it that she placed most of her stats in one place, and Alex can plan where to distribute her other stats next time after this. 

Alex watched the myriad of attacks flying at her in all directions. Magics, arrows, and bullets, at first glance, it looks terrifying, but Alex stood unfazed. 

"Follow up!!" Carl squinted his eyes when he saw that she had no intention of dodging. He nocks two more arrows even though their first attack hasn't reached her yet. The muscles on his arms bulging and veins popping, he aims directly at her eyes to blind her. "Fire!!"

Following their boss, everyone followed with another barrage of attacks. 

Then the first bullet aimed at her neck hit the palm of her hands. Surprisingly the bullet only scraped her skin and did not pierce her hand before falling to the ground. It was as if her skin was made of some leather armour. At that moment, she realized the true purpose of stamina stats. 

It was then followed by a dozen arrows aimed all over her body. She blocked those that were aimed at the vital areas with her hand. While she disregarded those that were not life-threatening. 

As for the fireballs, lightning arcs, and rock shards, Alex just left them be since those aren't aimed at any vital part of her body.

Alex listened to Lumiere as she received a stack of damage notifications. 

At the same time, she paid extra attention to her health bar located at the top left of her perception. It is because a player's health bar is hidden most of the time if they do not pay attention. It is so that it will not hinder the players' vision. It is the same for her enemies. She can see a percentage of their health bars if she willed it and focused enough.

A small cloud of dust surrounded her due to the quantity of magic they had thrown at her. Although they can't see her, they have a way of knowing whether she died or not. "Don't stop; she's not dead!!! Fire!!" Carl commanded when he did not receive any notification from his A.I. that they had killed her. 

"How is she not dead..." They should have inflicted more than 600 damage already if everything hit her. And more than 600 health points are already way past the HP of current players, even if they are tanks that focus on their stamina stats. But seeing that she is still not dead means that her health is above 600. 

Carl gritted his teeth as he nocked five arrows this time. He can't see her position, so he might as well fire randomly with greater quantity. "FIRE!!"

"More than 200... Not bad." Alex estimated that there were at least ten people who attacked her. That's why they manage to deal decent damage to her. A few more bombardments like that, and she's dead, but that is if she doesn't dodge the next ones. Of course, Alex won't give them another chance to attack her. Unlike Ezekiel, she's not crazy enough to try out crazy stuff. 

"My turn!!" Her sudden roar, accompanied by the sharp sound of wind splitting, startled everyone present. Then Alex suddenly shot past where the three men were standing. Her sudden outburst stunned them, and they subconsciously took a step back at the same time when her figure flashed past them. 

Ezekiel used his hand to cover Lili's eyes the moment he heard Alex's high-spirited shout. "Kids should not see this." When he sees Alex with an arrow in her hand, he instantly knows what she's gonna use them for. 

"Guard!!" The guy in the middle named Leis shouted. The three men then raised their shields which glowed with a faint light. 

Then as soon as they raised their shield...

An arrow stabbed through his right eye. 

Leis did not understand what had just happened. He did not even recognize the arrow tip entering his field of vision. That was how quickly it happened. Of course, as a result, Leis's vision in his right eye disappeared. 

"Emerged," Alex mumbled under her breath; as another arrow appeared in her hands. 

Not even a second passed...

Leis heard a soft voice of a woman. Before the bright world in Leis's eyes turned completely dark. An arrow has pierced Leis's left eye as well.
