Hint of Jealousy

  Kennedy tried hard to be understanding. He doesn't love Danica but she's still his responsibility after marrying her. He chose to take her away from the madness and threats. He's sure that Danica will get killed anytime or worse, their child as well. As someone who doesn't have a stable family~~he doesn't feel how to be loved by both parents. They ignored him and he wanted to give everything to his child. 

"It's delicious. You can compete with any Micheline Star restaurant." Danica complemented. 

"Of course, that's why Tracey was so in love with me," Ian said boastfully. Kennedy looked at Tracey with a puzzled expression. 

"Not at all," Tracey mumbled. 

  Ian stopped and stared at her. Granger, who was on the high chair cooed as he looked at both of his parents. 

"Even Granger could say that." She dared. 

"Anyway, I will prove to you that you fell in love with me because of the foods that I cooked." 

  She rolled her eyes as she continued eating. Granger picked up his spoon and he tried hard to feed himself. Danica couldn't stop watching the baby boy. He's just so adorable. Tracey helped him with his food and he smiled at his mother lovingly. 

"That's a good boy." 

  Danica wanted to squeeze their baby into a hug but she tried hard to hold herself since they have this bad blood. The food that Ian cooked was the best thing that she had. Even the creme brulee that Tracey made was the best. It was the first time that she saw a family like this. A man cooking dinner while his wife was taking care of their child. But she managed to multi-task to prepare the dessert. 

  In their family, food and everything was prepared. After their dinner, she wanted to have a walk outside. She put on her cardigan while Kennedy was helping out with the dishes. She doesn't know anything about that either. She suddenly felt useless now that she was away from her family and from the wealth that she used to have. 

  Back inside, Tracey was currently in the great room while watching her son crawl around and checked the laptop multiple times to see Levina, Kal, Dione, Quinn, Kaiden, and other babies. She noticed that he seemed to get attached to Kal and Levi. He would try to mention their names. 

"How's Granger? Is he ready to sleep?" Ian asked as he sat beside her on the carpet and kissed her. 

"I think he missed Levina and Kal." 

"He should sleep now. I am so tired." 

  He adjusted a little as he lay on her lap. She smiled and brushed his hair with her fingers. 

"I will give you a nice massage after Granger is asleep." 

  Granger made a high-pitched sound as he crawled directly to the laptop. Tracey answered the call from Maxine as Levina was currently on her mini-sofa and waving her wand. He clapped his hands and pointed to Levina. Then, Kal also showed up. 

"Vivi! Granger!" Kal exclaimed. "Mimi is having  a baby!" He exclaimed as the couple looked at each other. 

"Hey, Kal." Ian adjusted the laptop. "Your mom is pregnant?" 

"Mimi, have a baby. I~~be~big bro!" He giggled. 

"That's nice," Ian said as he looked at Tracey. "We should compete with them." 

"Don't be absurd." Tracey chuckled as Kal showed his parents. Violet was currently helping her husband in bed since he was injured. Kal on the other hand was running around and showing his father many times. 

"She-she." Granger pointed the screen at Kal as he grinned. 

"Oh, that's your first word?" Ian asked as Granger crawled to him and snuggled to his chest. "I love you." He kissed the top head of his baby boy. 

  Danica was passing by in the great room. The first thing she saw was a perfect family. Ian pillowed over his wife's lap while their baby boy was snuggled to his chest. They are perfect and she felt a hint of jealousy. 

"Let's go," Kennedy whispered in her ear. "Our room is ready." 

  She nodded her head as she walked toward the stairs. Kennedy glanced at the perfect family. He turned back as he followed his wife upstairs. The room wasn't as big or wide as what she's used to. But it had a bathroom with a shower. Everything is clean and tidy and they have spear sheets. They could live into something like this. Just a comfortable life but not a luxury one. 

  Kennedy peered at the window to check if there were guards outside. They are still lucky that the Rossie Empire spared their lives and helped them. 

"So, are you still obsessed with that man?" 

"Obsessed? I am in love with him." She scoffed as she went to the bathroom and organized her skincare. "Too bad that he's married and has a son." 

  He raised her brows as he stared at his wife. 

"Are you serious right now?" He crossed his arms. 

"What? Can't I admire him? He's handsome. He knows how to cook and I bet he's great at it." 

  Kennedy shook his head as he left her in the room. He needs some fresh air to breathe.

Rossie Real Estate

  Keira sighed as she watched her little girl play with her father. She couldn't stop giggling as Sandro continued making those funny voices with her toys. Calli was just laughing at whatever nonsense that her husband was doing. 

  They arrived at the Rossie Real Estate three hours ago to greet Victor and check on the twins. Since they are unable to travel with Calli for the past few hours, they have to wait until they make a protection plan for them. Somehow, they arrived safely. 

"Alright, I am going to sleep. The two of you should sleep as well." She slid into the sheets and snuggled to the pillow. "Calli, I'm going to sleep now." She waited for Calli to crawl to her side but the two continued playing. "Sandro, that little girl needs to sleep." 

"Calli!" A little girl's voice interrupts them as there's a small knock on the door. 

"Love, hold Calli." 

  Keira turned to Calli and held her so she wouldn't fall on the bed. He opened the door as Quinn entered with her fish pillow. 

"I seep~~Calli." 

  Calli screamed in a high pitch, probably excited as Quinn climbed up on the bed and moved to Calli's side. She lay down and gave her baby bottle to Sandro. 

"Where are your parents?" He asked. 

"They seep. Lab~lab." She said as Calli mimicked her and lay beside her. Calli pointed to Quinn's baby bottle of Quinn. 

"Nice, you are ready to sleep." Keira turned to Calli and fed her. Sandro took away Calli's toys and gave the bottle to Quinn. 

"Tekyu." Quinn started sucking on her baby bottle and she patted the space for Sandro. 

"Okay," He looked at Keira who was grinning. 

"Did she just say that her parents were~~" 

"Yup." Keira giggled while Calli was sucking from her left breast. 

"It took time for me to stir it in my mind." He said as he turned off the lights. 

"No fishy?" Quinn asked. She pointed around. "You need~~fishy." 

"Just finish your milk and sleep." He lay beside Quinn and patted her. 

"No. No." Quinn told him. 

  Sandro sighed and then there was another knock. He slipped off of the bed, walked to the door, and looked down at Dione with her bunny. 

"Dione, you can't sleep with your Bunny." 

"Ay," She pouted. The Butler that was passing by bowed at them. He took the Bunny from Dione's hand and gave it to him. 

"Please put him back in his bed."  1

"Yes, sir." 

  Then, he picked up Dione and her baby bottle that fell on the carpet. He put her on the bed as she giggled and joined the girls. Keira chuckled as the babies were all joined together. He was puzzled as to why they gathered in the same room. 

"Where am I going to sleep?" He asked. 

"The bed is big enough." She chuckled. "If we had three more babies, we could all sleep in one bed." 

"Okay, whatever." He signed them to move a little as Keira made more spaces. The girls giggled. He lay down to finally sleep. Then, he yawned as the girls fell asleep right away. He was already fast asleep but he woke up when something heavy landed on his chest. Quinn's foot was over his chest as he turned on the lights to see Calli pillowing over Dione's thigh while Quinn was already over the pillow. "Okay," He mumbled. Keira was sleeping peacefully. He carefully arranged them and had Calli next to him. 

  He went back to sleep but his night just started. Another foot landed on his face and when he opened his eyes and touched it. He realized that it was Calli's feet. She crawled somewhere and when he turned on the lampshade. Her baby crawled to Quinn and snuggled with her. He searched for his wife and then he looked at the silhouette in the fridge. She froze as she carefully took out a blueberry cheesecake. 

"Damn," He mumbled.

"Shh, I'm starving. Okay?" 

"These girls are sleeping like they are underwater." He put thick heavy pillows on his side of the bed as he decided to sleep on the couch. 

"Just bear with it. They are adorable."
