Little Game
Keira and Johanna can be introverted in many ways. But from the two of them, Johanna was more introverted now. Keira becomes extroverted since she has to meet a lot of people. That includes her work. But she preferred to be alone. Still, she has a small circle of friends.
When they both received an invitation to a grand party. It didn't show who was invited but it seemed to be a Gatsby party. Like Gatsby from a movie did. The two cringed and shook their heads. They had no intention of attending any party since they love baby parties. Like right now.
Kaiden and Calli were crawling fast to the goal as their dads were at the finish line. Calli was fast while Kaiden crawled backward back to his mother. When Alessandro reached Calli, the baby girl giggled in a very adorable sound as they looked at Calli. Now, she has become a quick superstar.
Anyway, back to the invitation card. It smelled like roses mixed with orchids and lavender. The two were about to disregard it but there was another invitation card. It says something different.
"My dearest, I know that you will disregard the first invitation. But how would you love this next one that smells like the ocean? I am looking forward to meeting you."
The two looked at each other and disregarded it.
"Nope. I am not interested. We should write him back." Johanna said as Keira nodded her head.
"Can you please prepare us a formal envelope and paper letters?" Keira asked the Butler.
"Certainly, Milady." The Butler walked off to do what Keira asked.
Then, she watched as the boys thought of another game that included the babies.
"Swim! Swim!" Quinn exclaimed as she dragged her bag and took out the goggles.
"Swim! Swim!" Dione also did the same and took out a whistle.
"No. Guys. It's really hot outside."
MJ carefully put Kaiden on the carpet.
"I already had someone put a tent over it so the kids would enjoy it," MJ said.
"Wow, babe. You are flexible." Harvey grinned at her.
"I am, indeed. We can't swim yet, Quinn, Dione. Later."
"Oh," Dione pouted. "I want to swim now, Mimi."
"I know. You can swim later." MJ told her. "Why won't you try another game with your brother?"
Dione dropped her whistle as she crawled toward Cole who was busy on the corner, trying to solve a math problem. She sat on the chair across from him and propped her elbows over the table as she placed her chin over her hand. She just looked adorable.
"Swim, swim… peasseee…" She told him.
"If mom says, no. We can't." Cole told her.
"Ay…" She crossed her arms.
MJ and Harvey looked at each other. Keira and Johanna started laughing while watching the kids.
"I think Dione was way closer to Cole than her parents," Johanna whispered.
"That's what I thought."
Dione continued pouting to Cole as he got more distracted. Then, he closed his workbook and took Dione to the playroom. The dads were discussing what they should do. Finella and Quinn are already playing something different.
"How about dollhouses?" Cole asked.
The kids continued minding their business when their Butler approached them with a silver tray. He has two fountain pens, special paper, and envelopes. The two started writing to the handsome heir of the Serpent.
Keira wrote something that her husband would disapprove of.
'Hey, handsome! I am truly apologetic for not making it to your Grand Gatsby party. Simply because I am very much lazy to doll up today, tomorrow, and other days. So please, I don't need your invitation unless you want to give us your whole wealth~~~and that pretty face of hours. Ha, ha, ha. I was only kidding. But I wasn't joking about not being able to attend your grand party. Toodaloo! Have a great party!'
- Princess Keira Rossie-Del Carlo.
After signing it, she put it on the card as the Butler sealed it with the Rossie Seal.
Johanna gave it as well as they continued getting lazy on the sofa and watching the kids again.
"We should have a drink?" Keira told her.
"Yeah, I'll have some mango juice."
"Great," Keira looked at the maid who nodded her head.
They got lazy, ate, drank, and just changed the channel a few times until the two fell asleep on the wide sofa. They didn't notice that everyone was having so much fun and Calli was having fun as her father together with Harvey, Alex and the boys continued with the game. This time, Kaiden was catching up to Calli to the finish line.

Just as he expected. Those two don't want to go to his party. But he was amused by their response. Keira's response was hilarious but Johanna's response was way more hilarious. She just drew a hand sign~~the woman flipped him off through a supposedly formal letter. He laughed and put it away.
"What's funny?" Kennedy asked. He only glanced at him as he continued reading the financial statements.
"Nothing. These ladies were different." He said. He stood and stretched. "Since my wife is not around to give me what I want, I will go out and fish for some beautiful ladies." He winked at him as he fished the keys.
Kennedy looked bothered and he was glad that he left. The door opened shortly as a maid entered Danica. The maid placed the tray over the table as Danica approached him as she sat on the arm of the wooden chair. She hugged his neck and leaned her chin over his shoulder.
"What's wrong?" he asked as he felt indifferent to Danica's gestures.
"I want a little game." She whispered. The maid bowed and left. She walked to the door and locked it as she walked over again and started unbuttoning the top of her dress. "Give me a little game." Kennedy stood as he started gathering the papers. He put it aside and he pulled his wife as she sat over the desk. He reached her chin and caressed her lips. "What game?"
She breathed heavily and she opened his shirt as a few buttons flew. Their mouths moved in unison. Kennedy never thought that he would spread her legs and push her dress open to show her legs.
The couple makes love, ruining Kennedy's schedule of work. But taking a break from intensive lovemaking made him productive. She fell asleep so fast that he had to carry her to their room. Once he tucked her out, he glared at the corner where Luke was standing. He was like a shadow and very casual.
"I never thought that you would love a brat like her." He mumbled.
"Leave," Kennedy growled in a low voice. He quickly moved closer to Luke. "I don't care if you are her brother, just leave our bedroom."
"Fine," Luke smirked as he left, still holding Kennedy and Danica's wedding photo.
He quietly closed the door as he confronted Luke in the living room.
"I don't care about your plans but if it will harm my baby and Danica, I won't think twice about killing you."
"Really?" He chuckled. "Can you kill me?" Luke smirked as he placed the picture frame on the coffee table. "This is my final farewell. You should be at my party. Okay?"
Kennedy didn't respond as he watched Luke leave. It made him pissed when someone did something sneaky. He somehow felt anxious as he went back to the study room and organized everything back. That man was planning something and he couldn't let him know about the fund that he created for their baby. He was certain that even Luke would take all of the resources needed just to have that country. That includes taking Danica's savings.
"Asshole." He mumbled as he checked everything in his study room. He should rearrange soon. That man might have put some device in his office.
He then checked the letter Keira and Johanna sent to Luke. He threw it in the garbage bin as he frustratingly sighed. He reached for his phone from the pocket of his pants as he called Hannah Grace. It was ringing and it continued ringing until she answered.
"Hannah, I am glad that you didn't accept the letter."
"What letter?" A man's voice asked.
"Uh~Hannah Grace's husband?"
"Yes, this is him."
"Well, Luke invited them to the party that they turned down," Kennedy said. 0
"Uh, why are you calling my wife's phone?"
Kennedy was silent.
"I would like to speak to her."
"You can't. She's asleep."
"I understand. I will call some other time. Please tell her that I will call."
"You can tell me what you want to tell her." Connor, who is in the other line, said convincingly. "I won't bite."
"It is better that I spoke to her."
"Fine." He said and hung up.
Kennedy frowned, and suddenly, his head felt like going to break. He quickly sat on the chair and leaned. He groaned in massive headache as he pressed on the telephone.
"Call my doctor, now." He mumbled. "Fuck." He wanted to scream in pain, but he tried hard to calm himself. "Fuck you, Luke." He mumbled.
