Dead Body

  Even when they landed in the Philippines, it was raining. Quinn is in Ace's arms as they go down the stairs of their private jet. She gape and giggled, keeping her arms around Ace's nape. Dione squirmed in excitement while she was in her father's arms. 

"Cooodddd~," Quinn said and hugged Ace's neck tightly almost choking him. The time that they reached the ground, Ace switches Quinn. 

"Hey, do not choke me." Ace told her. Quinn pouted at him. 

"Soweee, Acey." 

"It's fine. But do not choke." 

"Sowee." She said again. 

"Where in hell are your parents?" He mumbled. 

"Hell?" She asked. 

  Ace stopped walking and Harvey smacked his back for cursing. Their car was already waiting for them and Johanna came out. Quinn squirmed in excitement, nearly jumping off Ace. Johanna took her and gave her a lot of kisses. 

"Thank you, Ace." 

"Sure thing." Ace waved at Quinn who waved back at him. 

  Everyone went to their cars as their bodyguards waited and took their luggage. Ace helped out Gray with Yves. Once the kids settled, they waved at Ace who drive his motorbike. He need to pick up things for his girls before he went back to the Paradis. But now, he needs to stay longer after the event that Keira is going to attend. There's so much to do and he wants to relax a bit. But with all of the things going on, he needs to make sure that Keira is safe but he doesn't want to be seen by that guy. 

  It was two hours when they reached the mansion. The kids quickly rushed inside while having to go directly to the facility to get a few things. He's tired. Already tired since Quinn didn't want to sleep back on the plane. It interferes with his supposed nap and relaxation. After getting the things he needed, he went back to the mansion,  changed his clothes, and slept in his room. 

  Maybe after two hours or so, someone was tapping his back and he smelled peppermint. When he opened his eyes, there was Dione and Quinn with peppermint ointment. 

"Hey, where are your parents?" 

"Acey, h~~and ache," Quinn said as they tapped his back putting more ointment. 

"Thanks." He was about to close his eyes and went back to sleep when he realized that the kids were with him. Did they just put the kids in his room to make him babysit them? "Fu~~" He bit his tongue when he realized that he was about to be cursed in front of the kids. 

"Wait." He turned to them. "Where are your parents?" 

"Ow?" Dione asked and pointed to his head. 

"Yes, it hurts but where are your parents?" 

  The kids looked puzzled. So, he slipped off of the bed, only wearing his boxer shorts as he rummaged in his closet, putting on some decent clothes, and carried the kids downstairs. 

"Guys! Guys!" He called out. Then, he put down the babies when they reached the playroom. "Where is everyone?" He mumbled since there was no one inside the room. "MJ?" He called out. "Jo?" 

"Pishy~~" Quinn pointed at the door outside. So, he walked outside just to find a few more people gathered and a dead body. 

"Shit." He quickly took the kids back inside. 

"I wan~~pishy!" She told him. 

  He didn't know what was going on yet. Why is there a dead body? He quickly took the girls upstairs and Cole and the other kids were running. 

"Hey!" he called them. "Do not go outside." He told them. "Watch over these two." 

  Jaime and Cole took Dione and Quinn's hands. Then, he went downstairs to check what was going on. He frowned. 

"What's going on?" Ace asked as they covered up the body. He looked at Keira and then at others. 

"Someone threw a body right directly into the pond," Keira said grimly as she kept her baby over her chest away from the view of the dead person. 

"Like, from above?" He asked again. 

"Yes." 

"Go inside." Ace told her. "We will deal with it." 

  Alessandro took Keira back inside. 

  Ace looked at Leon everywhere but Johanna mentioned that as soon as they arrived, he took his wife to the hospital. Harvey approached him and reached his arm. 

"This is the spy that we put in the Charles Facility." He mumbled. "Gray is lucky that they didn't kill him like this." 

"What?" He was puzzled. They had a spy in the Charles Facility and they planted one again in the Serpent Empire. Their spies might get killed again and again if they found out about this. 

"Take a rest. I will take care of this." Harvey said. 

"But~~" 

"You are needed tomorrow, Ace. You need proper sleep." 

  How can he sleep with someone going on like this? This is also the reason why they didn't wake him up. 

"What?" 

"You need to sleep. Take something." He pushed him back inside. 

  Ace was still high from what happened. He went to his room and the girls were there with the ointment. He slouched on the bed. 

"Right, I need a massage right now." Quinn was about to pour the ointment but he stopped her. "Just a little. Don't kill me with it." 

  He closed his eyes and let the girls do whatever on his face. He fell asleep from that and the mint was hot on his face. It makes him fall asleep somehow.

  Keira was coaxing her daughter to sleep while she also was trying to sleep after the long flight. She yawned while her baby was sucking from her breasts and Alessandro sat beside her and reached her head. 

"You should sleep. How about milk?" He asked her. 

"Thank you. I want to sip on some milk." 

  He kissed her lips as he stood to get her milk. He came back with two warm milk and they enjoyed it together. She was careful not to spill on her baby girl. He finished half of his milk as he sat close to her and wrapped his left around her. He bent down and kissed her forehead with his right arm to hold their baby. Keira looked at him, so in love. It was always like that. They were so in love together like always. 

"Love," She leaned on him. "Our little girl will be alone tomorrow night." 

"Don't worry. Dad can watch over our baby girl." 

  She sighed as she nodded her head. Tomorrow, they plan to capture Jenny, who is Jeremy Cha. Since one of their spies was killed brutally, they need to make a move as well. She hoped that all of these would end. They are the ones that are going to suffer from all of this madness. They are glad that there will be no Wendy that would threaten them although they were recreating Wendy's death threats toward her and her husband. 

  They also put Louise Madison's case closed after they were released to the court about Wendy's crime. Since the criminal is dead, it was close.

"We can have another baby soon." He winked. 

"Oh, baby. I told you, not until Calli is one~~or two." 

"Fine." He chuckled. "They are going to the new school tomorrow. The kids." 

"That's far away." She complained. 

"Yes, and they are moving to a house closer to it."

"How about Alexa and Cole?"  1

"They will be fine." He kissed his wife. "We can have a quick thing after Calli is asleep." 

"Oh, you are tricky." She giggled. 

  It wasn't that long when Calli fell asleep and they did what they'd been eager about. The thought of the corpse on the front lawn already slipped off their mind. Keira fell asleep quickly after that love-making and Sandro had to go downstairs to check on the kids since Harvey was busy taking care of a lot of issues in the house. He approached his brother-in-law who was currently having a meeting with the generals.

"They aren't going to fire back yet. They are only doing this to provoke us. But let's focus on our main goal." He said. 

"How about other undercover agents?" General McVay asked. 

"They just need to lay low." He said as he reached his head. He needs to take a break but somehow, there are a lot of things to do. "Sandro," He waved. 

"Yes, bro?" 

"You need to gather your securities in the Golden Age and your company. They will target each company. I am sure of that." 

"I will." Sandro quickly called the Corporate Security Manager as he went to the other corner away from others. He spoke quickly to his managers and put precautions in every distribution center and factory. But they will surely go to bomb the head office where all of the servers are located. 

  Harvey winced as he reached his head. 

"You should take a break, your highness." 

"No." He waved his hand. "Contact the family of this agent. Or if he was connected to anyone… give them compensation and insurance." 

"Yes, sir." 

"Dismissed." 

  The Generals saluted as they left quickly. Alessandro approached him and leaned on his desk. 

"Well, you need to sleep." 

"It's just a headache." 

"Yes, just a headache. But it might be the same as mine. I got constant headaches and my wife would scold me because of it." Sandro said. "Bro, we can't lose our hair and our handsome face. We need beauty rest as well." 

"Right," He nodded his head. "I need beauty rest. You can take over." Harvey stood and left him that quick. 

"What should I do?" He mumbled.
