  Since they knew that Hannah Grace and Victor had offspring, they lay low for a bit. Kennedy did not intend to get involved with the kidnapping but now that Janella is back in the country, he was a little anxious that something bad might happen. His wife was moody all day and he understood that. Although it gives him a little stress, he did a lot of physical work to lessen the stress. 

"Can we go to Paris? To the fashion show?" Danica asked. "I miss Paris." 

"When will the fashion show be?" He asked. Although he pampered her with things, he won't tolerate her when it comes to something bad and scheming. 

"I will go and check." She pulled out her phone. "But are you certain that you will accompany me?" 

"Confirm the date." He said. 

  She started scrolling through her phone. 

"Janella is here, again." She mumbled. "I don't like it when she's here. It's quite chaotic. You know what I mean?" 

"Yes," Kennedy looked at her. "Why is she here, again?" 

"She's searching for the gems. She thought that Hannah Grace was hiding it." 

"That's not right. That woman wouldn't risk her family for a single gem. I don't think that she cared about it." 

  Danice also thought about how she agreed with her husband. 

"You seemed close to her. Do you perhaps~~" 

"She's wonderful, from personality to attitude." 

"You, Gray, and Griffin liked her." She creased her brows. "Seriously, what's with that woman? Even Janella was pissed off at her." 

"If you know her, you will understand. Besides, she's not a killing machine. She's a human." 

  Danice reminisced from the footage on how Hannah Grace interacted with the kids. She had empathy and there are times that she doesn't. She's still a woman. She knew well that the woman didn't deserve to be treated as an object or a lab rat. She didn't care so much about how her family treated people. But now she understood what her husband meant, they are indeed more inhuman than those killing machines that they made. 

"Right," Danica said as she continued scrolling. "25th of this month. Can we go?" 

  He looked at his calendar. 

"Sure." 

"For now, I will go out to buy some food that I want." 

"Okay, take care." 

  She picked up her purse as she approached him and kissed his cheeks. Then, she walked out of the room. Kennedy focused on his work again.

  Connor stretched his arms and hugged his fiancee, kissing her neck and shoving his face into her hair. 

"Papa," Quinn exclaimed. Connor opened his eyes as he searched around to find his daughter. Then, he looked down beside him to find Quinn trying to climb up on the bed. "Papa, Kissy-kissy, Mama." 

  He pulled her up as she crawled fast to Johanna's back and kissed her mother's cheeks. Johanna smiled and pulled Quinn to her front and hugged her. 

"Good morning, my baby." She gave her kisses on the cheeks and forehead. Quinn giggled and snuggled with her. 

"Wow," Connor mumbled. "You didn't give me a single kiss." He mumbled as he pulled the duvet to them and he snuggled with her. 

"Kissy, Papa," Quinn mumbled. 

"Guys," Keira knocked. "Are you guys making love or something?" 

"Nope. Come on in." Connor said. The door opened as Keira entered who was already wearing her simple dress as her office outfit. Then, she smiled. 

"Good morning, family!" She grinned. "Jo, I got a perfect idea for your wedding. I already set up everything including the bridal shower and bachelor which is led by your brother, Victor. So, today, we will go shopping." 

"Sure." 

"Shopping!" Quinn sat up looking excited. 

"We can take her." 

  Connor was a little anxious about it. But he nodded his head. 

"I will be with you girls," Connor said. 

"Perfect." Keira grinned. "We will meet at the mall. I will text the location and you set the boys ready."

"Great," Johanna yawned. "I will check about it." 

"I will go now." Keira waved at Quinn. "Bye-bye, Princess." 

"Babyeee." Quinn waved at her. 

  After Keira left, Connor sat up and looked down at his fiancee. 

"Don't you think that it will be risky?" 

"They already know about my kids. They won't dare to steal my baby in front of me. I will kill them in front of a lot of people. Besides, Quinn needs to go out for a while and enjoy." 

"Other babies will be sad if we only take Quinn." 

"If Victor and Violet are free, they can take Kal." She shrugged. 

  She got up and went to the bathroom. She shut the door. Quinn quickly climbed out of the bed and pressed her ear to the door. 

"Mama, cry?" She asked. 

  Connor quickly approached the door as he finally heard her vomiting. 

"Babe, what's going on?" He asked. Johanna didn't answer. He squeezed the door open. She's currently washing her mouth and face. "What's wrong?" 

"Nothing." She said, "I will just sleep for a while." 

"Mama, sick?" Quinn asked as she ran off and pointed to the medicine cabinet. 

"I'm fine, baby." 

  She wiped her face with a fresh towel as she tossed it into the laundry basket. Connor held her arm and led her back to bed. Then, he helped her and tucked her in. 

"I will get you some warm water." 

"Papa, Papa." Quinn pointed to the medicine cabinet. 

"Later, my little love." He turned on the heater as he prepared it. "What do you want to eat, babe?" He asked. 

"I will eat anything." 

  Quinn went back to bed as she climbed up successfully. Then, she kissed her mother's forehead and tapped her head. 

"That's so sweet of you." Johanna kissed Quinn's hand. 

"I will call Violet or Leon to check on you."  1

"There's no need." 

  Connor was only silent as he started guessing what made her nauseous. Once he prepared warm water, he left the room to prepare whatever food she liked. In the kitchen, Cole and Kal were already eating their dinner while Dione was still in her father's arms, not in the mood to have an energetic day. 

"Any food that my fiancee's stomach would want?" He asked as he checked the soup that the Chef made. 

"What's wrong?" Harvey asked. 

"She just had an upset stomach." 

"Ki-Kin?" Kal asked Connor. 

"She's with your aunt. Just eat, okay?" 

"Pishy?" Dione asked. "Peed, pishy." She pointed outside. "Ki-kin." 

  The kids looked at Connor. They knew well about Quinn's schedule. 

"Alright, I will tell her to feed the fishes," Connor said. "Let's wait after breakfast, okay Princess?" 

  Dione clapped her hands, then she hugged her father's neck and went lazy again. 

  After the morning, routine. Johanna dressed up like she wasn't sick at all. She even ate a lot for breakfast. Connor had a guess. She might be pregnant without telling him. But then, he didn't expect them to get pregnant since they are always careful. Also, she doesn't want to get pregnant before their wedding. 

  They soon prepared for their shopping. They already implemented a support team in every area and five close bodyguards since Kal and Dione are with them while Cole was at school. Currently, Dione was in her stroller with Quinn while Kal was walking while holding his father's hand. There aren't any customers in the store. 

"You are here!" Keira exclaimed. Kal ran to her and she bent down and hugged him. "You are so handsome, Kal." She kissed his forehead. 

"Alright, now that we are here." She snapped her fingers as the attendants gestured to the VIP room. They all sat down as they were offered drinks but none of them took anything. 

  Quinn climbed down from her stroller. She nearly fell but Connor was fast on helping her. Dione was about to do the same but Victor already helped her. The girls are wearing stylish clothes with their fancy hats. They walked around in their new shoes. 

"So, we shop here." Keira smiled. 

"Toys!" Kal ran to the toys section as Victor followed while Connor followed the girls. He makes them hold each other's hands. 

"House!" Quinn exclaimed and pointed to the big dollhouse. Connor looked at Johanna as he shook his head. 

"Get it," Johanna said as she spoke to Keira about the dress that she wanted at the bridal shower. They already show off new dresses that have no other designs anywhere. "Great." She started choosing something a little loose. 

"I want," Dione said. They all looked at Dione who said it loud and clear. She's just one year old but she spoke well about whatever she wanted. 

"We need to talk to your parents about that." Connor chuckled as he looked at Keira who only chuckled. 

"Just get it to them," Johanna told him. 

"Why are you irritated?" Connor mumbled but Johanna heard it. He quickly spoke to the saleslady since he just made a wrong move. Talking back to his woman while he's receiving a deadly glare. 

"Dada, Vivi." Kal pointed to a baby's dress. "Vivi." He started pulling his shirt. 

"Okay…" Victor looked at Johanna. 

"Just give it to them. Alright? I can't concentrate." She glared at them. 

  Connor and Victor looked at each other as they spoke to the kids that they can only take two items with them. They don't want to spoil them too much. But since this is the first time that they went out of the estate to shop.
