"Yunting! My son, remember to come back for dinner this weekend! There's great news for our family! We are going to celebrate!" Shouted Huo Zhenning, sounding all excited, even Lu could feel his excitement from his loud voice nearby.

She passed Huo a look, feeling uneasy, as she could imagine the son's response.

"We are no longer father and son," replied Huo coldly, as expected, "Whatever happened at your house has nothing to do with me. Good bye."

He hung up promptly.

Lu almost shuddered when Huo, contrarily, threw off a brighter smile as he gleefully asked, "Do you know about that great news he talked about? It must be so great that he's willing to forsake his pride to beg me home."

"Well, if you want to know that, what about you go home?"
