As she spoke, she slammed her hand against the table beside her. Her palm turned red from the impact, and the items on the table shook too.

It created a loud noise, and even Wang Qianjin could hear it through the phone.

"It's not good for you to feel angry so easily."

Yun Bixue answered icily, "Wang Qianjin, you called me just to say all these? Just tell me what you want."

Wang Qianjin replied, "Yun Bixue, I might have my own ulterior motives in the past. However, after your grandfather is with me, I realized something. Therefore, I won't hurt anyone, including you and your grandfather. Remember what I just said."

Wang Qianjin's voice sounded gentle yet stern.

Yun Bixue chuckled. Clenching her jaw, she said, "Wang Qianjin, do you think I'll believe you? You're really good with your words, aren't you? Did you say you won't hurt me? When you approached me in the past, did you not have a motive too? You took my grandfather away, and now you're telling me that you won't hurt me? Do you think I'm stupid? "Don't be angry. It's not good for your health. Shall I let Grandfather speak to you instead?"

Yun Bixue was so livid that she threw the pen lying on the table. "He's my grandfather, not yours!"

"I'm fine. Don't be so upset. Xiaojin saved me, so you shouldn't blame him too. He's a nice person, and I'm feeling well…"

Yun Bixue wiped her tears away and tried to clear her head. She asked, "Grandfather, why hadn't you wrote to me after being with him for so long? He might not have mistreated you, but I think he's trying to take advantage of you!"

Old Master Yun sighed. "It's a long story, and you won't be able to understand it easily."

"If you're really fine, nothing else matters. He didn't threaten you, did he?"

"You should be able to discern if my words are true or not. You ought to know that Xiaojin will not hurt both of us. Do you understand?"
