Beep, Beep.

After eating Anna's sandwich, Wuxing felt much better, even able to stand on his own, but the weakness still didn't leave his body. 

"How am I going to get points today with no strength left?" Wuxing questioned as he swallowed the last mouthful. "And you even want it daily…"

"Don't worry," Anna assured happily, rubbing on his cheek. "We will eat a great meal now, and you will regain all your strength back. That's the magic of your regeneration and why I need you."

Wuxing caught her hand, feeling awkward with her display of affection, but she was quicker, holding his face for a kiss on the cheek. 

"Thank you for your help. Not sure how much I owe you for this, but I will definitely repay it all," Anna confessed. 

"You don't owe me anything. I'm doing it because I want to help you," Wuxing replied, releasing her to wash his face. 

"That's because you don't know how big of a deal it is for me. To evolve with one person that I like rather than a hundred plus of random guys," Anna muttered, leaning against the sink next to him. "Even being your personal servant for a few years is not enough to pay you back."

Cough.

"Anna, please," Wuxing said after almost choking on water. "I know how much it means for you, and that's why I'm helping." 

He wiped his face and grasped her arms, forcing her to look at him. 

"I know you like me, but my heart is with Dongmei. I hope you can understand. I'm helping because I want the best for you, not because I want anything from you," Wuxing confessed. "I—"

Before he could continue, Anna covered his lips. 

"I know that. Don't worry. We can keep it strictly physical," Anna assured with understanding, "But at least allow us to do it properly, so both of us feel good from it. What do you think?" 

"What do you mean by properly?" 

Anna showed a gentle smile. "When I suck it, for example, let me play with it a bit or when we have sex, let's do it like a normal couple. We can try many things else we will think of it as a chore instead of fun." 

Hearing her suggestion reminded him of his act just a moment before. He usually wasn't this forceful, but the moment she swallowed him for the first time, he just couldn't stop himself, unleashing his primal desires. 

"I'm sorry," Wuxing apologized honestly. "I will be more careful next time. I got kind of caught in the moment. I didn't think it would feel this good." 

"Hehe," Anna giggled playfully. "Actually, it's not that I didn't like it. I enjoyed it, but I want to enjoy it just a bit more." 

"Alright. I will respect your preferences."

It was the least he could do, not planning on raving her mouth every time anyway. 

Just as he released her, Anna leaned over and whispered, "Also, if you feel that my mouth felt good, wait till you enter inside me…" 

His eyes opened wide, but she already walked away towards the doors.

"Shall we return?" 

Wuxing was anxious while thinking about how Dongmei will react, but he tried to remain calm. Anna seemed quite casual and understanding, which made him sigh in relief. The whole operation went surprisingly smoothly as if she was his friend with benefits that was only interested in a physical relationship. 

At first, Wuxing thought he could handle the guilt, but the moment he looked into Dongmei's eyes, it all came back to him. 

"Did you two talk it through?" Dongmei asked as Wuxing walked back to the bed, sitting next to her. He could feel she trusted him. 

"You seem weak," Dongmei added. 

"Because we did it already," Wuxing admitted directly. He expected Dongmei to be mad or at least annoyed, but all she did was raise her eyebrows in surprise. 

"That fast? Are you sure? Usually, you last for much longer," Dongmei commented. 

"I wanted to test if it works, so I finished what Scarlet started with my mouth," Anna replied on his stead. "It was because of my ability that he finished fast." 

"Oh, I see. Did it work?" Dongmei asked curiously. 

"Yes. More than I expected. One session gave me more than a week of using my ability. The difference is immense. It shouldn't be too long before I evolve," Anna explained excitedly. 

"Congrats," Katherine called out, happy for her even if she didn't show it on her face. "When is my turn?" 

"Do you also need help to evolve?" Dongmei asked back.

"Tsk," Katherine only replied with a snicker, changing the subject, "When you were gone, we figured out that the only option we have is either convincing the Spirit to move on our side or just temporarily separate you from Scarlet."

Scarlet showed a saddened expression, shaking her head. 

"As Scarlet is very against the second solution, we can only do the first one," Katherine added. "Do you have any idea how can we achieve that?"

"She is not responding to me. What if she suddenly took control of me, and you wouldn't notice?" Scarlet pointed out in worry, heavily invested in the situation. "I don't want to hurt anyone…" 

"I can try talking to her," Wuxing suggested. "She said she wants me after all. If we can talk to her and reach some consensus, I'm sure we can make it work. She is already Scarlet's Spirit. We can't just kick her out anyway."

"I agree," Dongmei nodded and pulled Scarlet into her arms. "Tell us when she comes back, and we will talk to her." 

"Mhmm…" Scarlet nodded innocently, having no other choice. 

Wuxing didn't want to disturb them, but his stomach was sucking him from the inside. 

"So… Can we go to eat? I'm starving." 

Beep, beep. 

Just as he asked, they heard beeping from Anna and Katherine. They pulled out their cards and sighed. 

"We will meet you later. Work."

Wuxing didn't think he would be this hungry, forced to order the whole table of food. Even the chief was surprised. Thankfully, he had enough points to buy all food he wanted. 

Even though the challenges to gather points would open in half an hour, they didn't hurry. 

"It seems like Anna really exhausted you," Dongmei commented as he ate. "How often do you have to do it with her?" 

Just as Wuxing thought, there was no way she wouldn't mind it at all. 

"Twice a day," Wuxing replied. 

"Won't that disturb our selection?" Dongmei asked, concerned. 

"I'm already feeling back to normal. As long as I have food, there shouldn't be a problem."

He knew she was bothered, so he reached out under the table, squeezing her hand. "I told Anna I'm only helping. It's all physical." 

"Mhmm, I know. Don't worry," Dongmei returned the grasp and didn't release it anymore, placing it on her thigh instead. He ate food and massaged it to cheer her up. 

"I wonder what happened with Ash," Scarlet suddenly pointed out. "She was supposed to meet me in the morning for training, but she didn't." 

"Maybe she—"

Beep, beep. 

Their cards received notification as he spoke. They weren't the only ones as everyone else in the dining area seemed to get it as well. 

"Gather in the main plaza for a special announcement." 1

It seemed like he couldn't finish his food.
